Sony KP-53HS10 has dead "D" board part number A1346873A. Part sent to Sony and cannot be repaired nor do they have replacement part. We've been going round about with Sony on this for a month and cannot resolve. Set is five years old and Sony advises they are required to have parts for seven years. Would appreciate any help in locating part or advice on dealing with Sony.

Any chance you might still have the manual for this problem? I have the same problem and just spent $580 repairing the convergence module. I don't want to spend another $$ any amount.. THanks, sandrainthesun@cableone.net
