the lens cover does not open all the way so I cannot take pictures. The camera itself works I can review pics and scroll thru menu. The lense just doesn't open all the way unless you hold it down. Can you give me an estimate of what you think the repair cost will be? If you need additional information please let me know. regards, Nicole

Hi there, I have a DSC W12 and the lens has packed up. Initially it stayed out, but now it's jammed in and when turned on it beeps furiously and the screen says, "turn the power off and on again". Any ideas or help would be gladly received.

hello, I have a problem with a DSC-V1 after there has been some beer leeked in the camera. everyting works but if i want to zoom in our out i first have to blow on the zoom in-out button. I think the problem would be solved if I open the camera and clean te zoom in-out button from the inside now my question is if somebody knows how i have to open the camera. Do i need to open all the screws to get to the zoom button?

Have a Sony DSC-P150 approximately 3 years old. Worked very well at first, now most images are blurry. Have read on internet that this is a "fatal flaw" with this camera. Can this be fixed? If so, approximate cost. Thanks

I have a Sony DSC-F707. The original battery only charges for about one hours use. The charge indicater on the LED remains blank (not charged)all the time. I bought a new battery on internet and it will not accept it, LED says "For infoLitium Battery Only" and then shuts down. Whats the problem and can you fix it?

Hi I have a sony cybershot from 3 years ago and dropped it right after I got it. I haven't thought to fix it until now. The Lcd screen has a visible crack under the screen itself and the camera will not take any pictures due to this. Now, i wasable to get the pictures off of it that I did tke. The sound works on it if I use the video just no picture. How much might this cost me or should I just invest in another one...not looking to spend more than 70 dollars. Thanks!!
