the lens cover does not open all the way so I cannot take pictures. The camera itself works I can review pics and scroll thru menu. The lense just doesn't open all the way unless you hold it down. Initially it stayed out, but now it's jammed in and when turned on it beeps furiously and the screen says, "turn the power off and on again". Any ideas or help would be gladly received. I think the problem would be solved if I open the camera and clean te zoom in-out button from the inside now my question is if somebody knows how i have to open the camera. Whats the problem and can you fix it? Hi I have a sony cybershot from 3 years ago and dropped it right after I got it. I haven't thought to fix it until now. The Lcd screen has a visible crack under the screen itself and the camera will not take any pictures due to this. Now, i wasable to get the pictures off of it that I did tke.
