I broke the screen on the back of my Sony MVC CD400. I need a replacement and would like to know the cost and if it's possible to do a replacement myself.

Hi there!!! I have aproblem with my digital sony w5 that it is turning on, allow you to check the pictures from memory stick, let to access to menus, but when you go and turn the scroll wheel to the green camera (auto photo), opens the lent but turns off. If you turn it on, it turns of again. When you turn the wheel to preview, it puts the let back and allow you to check pictures. Do you know the problem of it and how much will be repair it?? Thanks

Hello, I have a DSC-S90. There is currently a problem with the lens--it refuses to retract and is stuck in a position about 3/4 of the full extended lens. The rest of the camera works perfectly fine; if I turn it on in the view picture mode, the LCD works perfectly and I can view all of the pictures on my memory card. However, if I turn the camera on in any of the picture or video taking modes, I get an 'Access' message and then a 'Turn power off and on' message after a minute or so. Finally, the shutter seems to work--it opens and closes as I turn the camera on and off. The only problem is with the lens itself, or perhaps the internal programming. So far, I've tried taking the batteries out and replacing them with new ones, taking the memory stick out, putting a new one in, turning it on and off in every mode possible... And I have also checked the Sony website, which helpfully tells me that my warranty is out of date and offers me a non-functional tutorial on how to reset my camera to factory settings. So, what do you recommend? Is there anything I can do? How much would a repair on the lens cost, if it comes to that? Thanks, Acy
