I have an AV-26379 TV. One week ago, the picture turned to be nothing but green diagonal lines. The sound was fine. The next morning I turned it on again. I got the picture for maybe 1 minute, then the green diagonal lines again. The sound is still fine. I'm afraid it's the picture tube. Is there a chance the repair could be cheap?

Hi. I have a KD-SC601 car stereo that was in my car when I bought it and the manual was included. Since the battery was disconnected the display panel keeps changing colour. Could you tell me how to stop this? Thanks, Gill

We've bought 07 SR-DVM700U, with a DV in/out (IEEE1394 in /ut). We want the recorder to work with our Non-linear-system edition based on PC's with windows XP SP3. the problem is that the computer don't recognize de SR-DVM700U, but with a computer based on Windows XP SP2 there's no problem. Is there any software that you can give us to make our recorders to be able to work with PC's based on windows XP SP3? Thanks a lot

I have the JVC Cassette Adapter C-P7U. It is stuck....there is a tape in it and I cannot get it opened to take out the tape. The button which slides to open the top is stuck in the "open" position even though the door is closed and the tape is in "play" position. I opened the long flap that gets inserted into the VHS player and the tape is in the "play" position. The rollers that hold the tape in the Play position will not retract--how do I get them to retract so that the small cassette can be released and extracted. I took the battery out, put a new battery in, etc.....can you help? What to do in an emergency. Jim Sullivan

I have a JVC- GR-D9OU which uses a JVC -BN-V408U battery. The damn thing wont turn on. Im not sure if its the battery, the charger, or the camcorder? The battery is fairly old but shouldnt it still power on with the assistance of the power?
