Stacey, I have a Gr-D90 whenever I plug in the firewire connector it immediately goes into the (Please wait condensation, operation Paused) it does this every time once I uplug the cable I have to wait maybe an hour and the error message goes away. Can you help me? Michael

Hi, My name is Sherri and my husband and I have a 2 year old JVC rear projection tv, 48inch. Model # AAV-48WP74. We were watching tv the other night when all of a sudden, the screen changed. The gride lines are not lined up anymore. So we see double of everything and it is mostly in red. Some of the lines vibrate constanly. We tried to do the convergence, but it did not work. I have a JVC system # HSG05, Model # ca-hxg05, serial # 129c0052. It goes into an automatic "demo" mode even when it is shut off. is there some kind of an update, or maybe I don't know how to shut off the demo. Also, the hookup for the antenna/cable in won't work on Aux. I would like to use it for sound from my dish and such as dvd/vhs. Otherwise, it has a good sound and the five cd changer works excellently. thanks for any assistance mike

I have a JVC model AV-27F704 TV and last night it worked fine. This morning I went to watch the news and there is a big black box over the bottom half of the screen. The TV in the bedroom worked fine so I dont think it is the cable.
