Hi, My name is Sherri and my husband and I have a 2 year old JVC rear projection tv, 48inch. Model # AAV-48WP74. We were watching tv the other night when all of a sudden, the screen changed. The gride lines are not lined up anymore. So we see double of everything and it is mostly in red. Some of the lines vibrate constanly. We tried to do the convergence, but it did not work. Please help. Thanks
