I was wondering if you can help I've had my camera for a while but always kept it in doors battery off and in good condition I hardly ever use it but recently when I did start using it I noticed a small single blue dot that comes out in the pics and video and I can see it when I am recording it seems to bob around can you tell me why it's there and what it is.

I can't find any drivers for the GZ-HD3U camera and I need to be able to stream for one of my college classes. I need the driver so I can stream. I never did get a CD with my purchase but thats probably because I got the store model but if you can help me I'd appreciate it.

I have a JVC television, model AV-27S33. It is hooked directly to cable, no cable box. Suddenly, I am unable to tune ANY channel below 48, but any 48 or above come in crystal clear. There is no hint of a picture on the lower channels, even if I turn off the blanking. My VCR still receives all channels perfectly normally. This is not a matter of not having the channels programmed into memory, I've gone through the channel setup numerous times, it just won't pick up the lower stations. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey I was using my JVC GY-100 U camera when the screen suddenly cut in half and would not turn off. I tried setting the power function to off and it did not turn off. Then I took out the AC (it was running only on AC) and it turned off, but now will not turn on by AC or battery. Can you please tell me what is wrong and how to fix this?? I am a student currently attending the university of Windsor in film and I need this camera to shot my projects. The serial is 13030086. Please again respond ASAP as I am supposed to begin shooting very very soon.

I have a JVC AV28WT5EK television and the colour when watching televison is awful there is too much red and no matter what i do with the controls its still bad, tho when i watch a DVD on it the coolur is perfect. I have a tv-link from my SKY+ box to this tv which is in my bedroom. I have a dvd and video attached to it but do not use the video much so its switched off most of the time. The picture does tend to calm down abit after awhile but its still very dark and reddish. When it was in my living room and i had sky installed the engineer swapped the scart plugs and the picture was fab, but i dont have it attached to my sky its attached through a tv link. any idea what may be wrong? thanks :o)

Hi, I have a large screen JVC television. I have had it about 5 years, but only used it for a year, and it has been in storage for the last 3 years or so. JVC D series. When we first turned on, it was fine for a day or so, then a blue line went through the middle that would not go away no matter what we did. Then all of a sudden it worked again for a few days, then it turned off. Now when you push the power button, the button lights up, you hear the TV kick on, and then it immediately turns itself off. Any ideas?

Dear Sir, I have a JVC Digital Video Camera – Mini DV – 16x Optical Zoom Model #: GR-D53AS Serial #: 169A0612 Actually the Video Cassette Holder does not close when I insert the cassette in it and an error appears on the digital screen of the camera (E04) saying that (Unit in Safeguard Mode Eject and Reinsert Tape), When I follow the instruction the problem still and nothing change … BUT I can close it when there is no Video Cassette in the Video Cassette Holder. Would you please tell me the name, telephone and address of JVC Service Company or JVC maintenance office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada? so I can contact them to repair the camera. Hi! We have a JVC Color TV # AV-2771S. It has been an awesome tv and still works great..except....We turned it on one day and suddenly the color had disappeared and the picture (clear and gorgeous) was Black and white. We turned it on and off, switched channels, etc. and nothing is fixing the problem. How can I fix this?
