I have a JVC television, model AV-27S33. It is hooked directly to cable, no cable box. Suddenly, I am unable to tune ANY channel below 48, but any 48 or above come in crystal clear. There is no hint of a picture on the lower channels, even if I turn off the blanking. My VCR still receives all channels perfectly normally. This is not a matter of not having the channels programmed into memory, I've gone through the channel setup numerous times, it just won't pick up the lower stations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having the exact same problem. Earlier today I was watching channel 25 and it was getting snowier and snowier. Finally the signal gave out. I started flipping channels and I could not get anything under channel 48. Also, I intermittently could not get channel 98 & 99. I tried do a channel scan over and over again. I switch to air, I switched to cable. I unplug the TV for a couple hours. I changed the cables. No change. But my other 2 tvs and my VCR on this tv all receive all channels. I can't even watch my vcr on channel 3 of the TV (although I can watch it through the A/V connection).
