hi, am getting E01 error on my jvc gr-dx25ek, have removed battery etc., any idea what to do?

TV MODEL: AV-K21PX PROBLEM: TV HAS NO SOUND. THE SPEAKER ON/OFF SETTING IS MISSING IN MENU. OTHER SOUND SETTINGS AND OTHER MENU'S ARE ALSO MISSING. TECHNICIAN SAID THAT PROGRAMS MAY HAVE BEEN DELETED BY THE USE OF UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL AND THAT I NEED THE ORIGINAL REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE TV MODEL. I HAVE RECENTLY FOUND THE ORIGINAL RC BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO BRING BACK THE TV SPEAKER SETTING.

I cannot find my booklet that comes with my DV camera and have a problem .Icannot remove or re-load a film and the screen reads "camera in safeguard mode (EO1). Is there a problem with the battery? I did connect to the mains but had no joy. Cheers Terry

I have a JVC Video Camera (GR DVL725U) and the video mode is useless because with a new tape and new battery it always comes up with a message of use cleaning cassette whenever you try to play back the tape. I have used the cleaning cassette (although I haven't even taped an entire tape with the camera) and that does not clear the message. Any ideas? Thanks Wally

Greetings, I have a JVC gr-dvl915 and it seems to be stuck in the Eo4 and safeguard mode. I cannot seem to get enough time to find the reset buttom in the menu. To execute it. Please how do I reset it. Thank you, Tamara

When i turn on my JVC television i always get a message on the screen that says-Service Memory Pack.While this message is displayed i do not have any sound.I can access the sound if i press the ok button on the remote control,but this action is unreliable as i often have to switch the tv on and off several times to get any audio connection. Can you please help in any way by advising if there is any way i can remove this error message permanently. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you. Yours faithfully John Miller
