My JVC model # AV-27120 just started with a small rectangular black screen toward the bottom of the screen on every channel except the disney channel. I thought it would be parental lock but I do not see that option on the menu.

I have a JVC GRD-31U camcorder that says lens cap when I try to record. I have seen where this has been a problem and they will fix for free. Where do I find someplace to get this done. And is there a time limit on how long you have had this recorder. I have had mine about 5 years, but not used much. Jerry Gibbs

Dear Stacy, Model: JVC Digital Video Camera GR-D30AG When I turned the camera to Record Mode, the LCD screen says "Lens cap", althogh the cap has already been taken off. When I record, I could only record sound without pictures. Please help. Many thanks indeed Roger

Av-31bm3 JVC is my T.V. My T.V. has a line that goes through the center of the screen and thats the only thing that shows up. It sometimes fixes itself but it's probably just luck. I want to know how to keep it fixed. Thanks.

My JVC DR-MH20S dvd & hdd video recorder is just under 2 years old (although I bought it in July 2005 I had to get it 'swapped out' within the first 3 months due to it sticking on 'loading'). For the past few weeks if I try and do basic recording (either pressing play record on remote or record on the machine) it goes straight to 'loading' and then shuts off. If I re-set pressing standby and stop simultaneously it stops doing it for a while then starts doing it again. Is there anything else I can do?
