hi this is chris tayyan and i own a jvc gr-dvl320u video camera and im getting an E03 code message saying camera is in safe guard mode.. it even eating my tapes.. this all is happening when im rewinding!!

Stacey, I own a GR-DF550 and it has the classic JVC "Lens Cap" message on startup after which it goes into "Safeguard Mode" with an error 01 below. I have tried taking out my battery for 30 minutes and replacing it to no avail. My tape won't eject, and this is now a doorstop. Suggestions are welcome. -- Jahan

I have a CH-X11 CD Changer for my truck. After I recharged my battery on my vehicle the CD changer came up with a R 8 code which I believe is a communication error per the user's manual. I checked the hard wire to the radio. It seems to be attached ok. Is there anything else I can do?
