My JVC digital video camera has a ccd sensor image failure and needs to be fixed. How much would it cost to repair it? I saw a message that said that jvc would fix this problem for free.

I have a GR-D21EK Video recorder. This only worked for a few months and then packed up. I put it in a drawer and forgot about it but now I have come across it again and your email address. There is no picture either through the view finder or on the screen. The view finder has the little message icons saying it is taping, paused etc. it often says remove lens cap when the lens cap is off. The LCD screen just has a number of thin multicoloured lines. The audio works fine. Any advice?

hey. i have a jvc camcorder model no. - GR-SXM330U. my camcorder is stuck in "safeguard mode" E04 and says to remove and reattach battery. I've done this and nothing happens. Please HELP! thank you Steven Taylor

tv modle jvc av-20fd24 .It will play standard channels but not cable connections . do you think it is the cable connection on the back of it.dos the dvd player have any thing to do with it not playing cable.

Hi dude, I am having a JVC GR-D350U and without any software provided by JVC. Luckly I got Windows media player installed on my system and got a firewire. But the camcoder is not at all shown up when I connect the camcoder to my laptop which is running on Windows XP SP2. I checked all the necessary drivers and all are properly installed for my firewall port. Please help. Debdeep Singha

Hello my names is Edwin, I purchased a JVC camcorder GR-D30u it works fine ,but I want to try out its other features like the DV-i port, I got me a Fire wire card but NO success, my computer does not recognize the camcord. The camcord came with no software to load to my PC. I have Windows Xp, I'm not sure what to do next.

hi there I have a GR-DVX707 , and after several years I have the dreaded condensation error . I have had it on a radiator and tried several things . I cant identify the sensor. Looking at the numbers on the net it seems to be endemic. Any suggestion much appreciated. Geoff

I have a JVC GR-DVL510U. There are some things I need to record on tape or DVD, but I am missing the audio/video cable that came with it. Is there any AV cable that would be compatible that I can buy at a store?
