I have a GR-D21EK Video recorder. This only worked for a few months and then packed up. I put it in a drawer and forgot about it but now I have come across it again and your email address. There is no picture either through the view finder or on the screen. The view finder has the little message icons saying it is taping, paused etc. it often says remove lens cap when the lens cap is off. The LCD screen just has a number of thin multicoloured lines. The audio works fine. Any advice?
