Home | Previous messageHello my names is Edwin, I purchased a JVC camcorder GR-D30u it works fine ,but I want to try out its other features like the DV-i port, I got me a Fire wire card but NO success, my computer does not recognize the camcord. The camcord came with no software to load to my PC. I have Windows Xp, I'm not sure what to do next.

Hey dude, Did you get success with your JVC camcoder? I am having the same problem. I am GR-D350U and without any software provided by JVC. Luckly I got Windows media player installed on my system and got a firewire. But the camcoder is not at all shown up when I connect the camcoder to my laptop which is running on Windows XP SP2. I checked all the necessary drivers and all are properly installed for my firewall port. Please help. Debdeep Singha |
