Sir, I purchased JVC TV AV 29BS 26, (NO 1211926, 12062-003, s155141) in Singapore during my visit in September'2007and obtained international warranty certificate from Service centre, 31, kaki Bukit Road, #06-16 Techlink, Singapore 4177818. The TV was transported to Chennai and then to my native place Neyveli which is 200 Km away from Chennai. Now the TV is not working properly. When switched on some times, nothing is coming. I have to switch of the power supply and switch on again. Some times only sound is coming. there is also delay in appearance of picture in screen during changing of channel. Even though previously i had Sony TV, i had faith in performance of JVC TV, and purchased JVC TV. Now i am very much disappointed on the performance and not satisfied. I request you to kindly look into those problems and arrange to rectify the defects or other wise you can take back the TV and arrange to send a new TV, since the TV is only one month old. I hope that JVC will make necessary arrangement. Thanking you. M. Thanks in Advance, Rajdeep Hi, I have a JVC GR-DVL100E Digital Video Camrea that has started to give an error code intermitantly, "E04 Unit in safeguard mode, remove and reattach battery". Judging from the articles online, this is a typical problem, hitting cameras when they're still relatively unused, and is a design flaw.
