I own a JVC-XL-R5000. I have been attempting to following the instructions in the manual for Recording onto CD-R and CD-RW using "manual recording". The 1st instruction is to Insert a recordable cd_r or CD-RW. The 2d instruction is to Press REC to put the CDR in record pause mode. At that time I get the following error message: CD DISC NG. I have tried several new audio writeable discs. I am unable to create a music CD. Any help provided would be appreciated.

I have a JVC model GR-D9OU vidfeo CAM. It is only a few (3 or 4) years old, with very little use-maybe about twice a year. The view on the screen is very distorted and sometimes it tells me that the lens cap is still on. (it's not) The camera does not work at all. Thnaks for any help.

I have a JVC Digital Video Camera model # GR-D200u. We recently went on vacation and put a new tape in the camera. When we got to our destination the unit was in safeguard mode error code E03. We have ejected and inserted the tape and other tapes several times and nothing works. Any suggestions? Thank you, Jennifer

Dear Support, I have a JVC GR DV72U. When I plug the USB in my laptop(with Windows Vista operating system), it couldn't seem to find the device. I also installed the IMAGE MIXER that came with it. The video camera is with me for several years now. This is the only time I decided since I have a laptop to record to dvd all the videos that I have. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, hope you can help? I have a JVC camcorder model no. GZ-MC200AA. I have not had many problems with the camera before now. My problem is that when I turn it on, no matter if in record mode or in viewing mode, after only a second or two the camera beeps and switches off. I have tried it while connected to mains power to rule out the battery. I have tried it on mains power with the battery removed from the camera incase it was causing a problem. I have tried removing the 4GB microdrive and replacing it. Nothing I seem to do works. Can you give me any suggestions please? I do normally use a 3rd party card reader to transfer my files from the microdrive to my pc rather than connecting the camera direct. This is only because I have found it to be much quicker to transfer data this way. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
