Hi I have purchase JVC JZMG335 camcorder. My question is "How can I display time and date on video while playing? Also how can capture directly from camcorder when connected with laptop. When i cannect camcorder and click caprure tab the laptop only captures from web cam. all other options seem to be disabled. How can it capture from camcorder?

Hi my JVC camera says unit is in safeguard mode remove battery. I don't think Its the tape cause I changed it with a new one. Also when I can make it record when I put play it says the same thing.

Hello, I just bought my first car, its a 1996 elantra. it came with an aftermarket stereo in it but i dont like it so i diconnected all the wires but made sure i wrote them all down and what goes where, but once i hook my JVC up i get power but no sound.... i switched back to the old stereo with the same wiring harness and i got sounds, my friends gave me a stereo to try thats JVC and again i got no sound. Please Help!!

Hi Stacy, not sure if you are the right person to ask, but I just thought that give it a try. I have a JVC portable HDD Navigation model number KV-PX9S, When I turn it on, it shows a blue screen with the words "ID:4100" on the lower right hand corner. The system seems to be frozen at the point, I tried to press the "reset" button....the system resets but then goes into that blue screen again. I tried switching off the battery, then switch it on again, but got to the same blue screen again. Can you help me to debug this problem or at least tell me what that ID:4100 error code mean. Thanks
