Convergence problems on AV-48WP30

Can't adjust the red horizontally

Convergenge went out suddenly about a week ago. I can adjust the blue horizontally and vertically. The red will only adjust vertically. However, the horizontal is way out of whack. Any ideas? Thanks

  Eric, I have the same convergence problem with my JVC. Can you send me the directions and manuals as you have others. Thank you
