Bill Ioanidis Posted Dec 02, 2004, in response to:Juan Carrera

I would like to get in on this law suit.I have a j.v.c. vhs c. and it went into safe mode e04 and I can't get it out.I am angry that I spent hard earnd money on a cam corder I was only able to use for a short period of time. I'm not exactly what you would call well off. I strugle just like the rest of us. They need to pay for the product that was sold to me defective. If you could help me I would greatly apreciate it yours truly. annoyed.

I wish I could help you, but the lawsuit only covers digital units, not VHS. I'm not a lawyer, I just collect complaints for them, so I can't tell you why they limited it to the digital units only. However, send me your name, address, model number and year of purchase to juancarrera@yahoo.com I will at least add your complaint to the database (almost 1000 complaints in it already) and maybe JVC will decide to do something about your case once they decide on a course of action about the lawsuit.

Is there a class action or something?
