Hi Stacy, I need your help because,I have a GR-DVM75U, and since the summer when I put a DV cassette in the camcorder, the tape goes inside de camcorder instead back in the DV cassette and stay stuck and nothing is working anymore and of course the tape get damaged. Do you have an idea of what I can do? I will really appreciate any help. In advance thanks a lot. Noelle

I have a 32" JVC stereo television. This past weekend we started to notice discolored areas on the screen in the upper and lower left hand corners. When we had a cable installation guy at our home he said that it was most likely the video ports. Can you please tell me what if anything can be done to fix this problem.

I own a JVC DVD/VCR Combo unit (Model#HR-XVC1U) and am having trouble with the remote. While working on some audio equipment, I accidentally laid a tape deck on top of the keypad on the remote (#X-076D0FB010) and I think I scrambled the brains inside. Any way to get it re-coded? It still sends an IR signal but it won't operate the unit any longer. I hate to replace it as it is in perfect condition otherwise. Thanks for your help.

Hi Stacey, I am having a similar problem with my JVC AV-27730. Sometimes when I turn it on, the screen is black with a thin line of colour. If I tap the TV in varrying areas the picture will come back. Just wondering if the problem is worth the effort of fixing or should I be looking for a new set.
