I have a 1986 19" JVC Color Monitor AV-2120. It's been a great tv, just started having trouble with it. Screen will shrink down with a bright bright line on top of shrinking picture. Is it worth fixing? Regards Mark

I am thinking about buying a cam corder and came accross one and has the following comments about it: How much would you say it would cost to get that fixed? JVC GRH-D1 High Definition MiniDV Camcorder w/10x Optical Zoom Camera has brand new $500 tape casing, has error code associated with motherboard, but all electronics is in great condition. Professional evaluation: Present status: 1. Unit powers on, 2. display reads "E01" & "unit in safe guard mode" error codes 3. Loading mechanism will not unload, 4. Lens and camera circuit works good but will not record or playback due to error codes

I have a JVC Model number CA-HXD7, when you power it up, it goes into protect mode and turns off. I have replaced the 2- STK428-610's thinking that was the problem, but it still goes into PROTECT.

I have a JVC GR-DVL 9000, which has a problem code E03. I turned the camcorder off and pressed the reset button after removing the power supply and waiting a few minutes for the indication to clear. Also, I ejected and reinserted a new tape, keep on doing that, but nothing happens. Could you please let me know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

My small Mini JVC Camcorder whenever i am recording before or after it start indicating Dirty if not showing dirty it shows some dots and black lines even after using tape cleaner, i still dont know the problem, you can recording okay suddenly the above problem start coming up.Before reconding i do first use tape cleaner the same us playing the above mentioned problems happens Please help how may i over come the situation I like my JVC Camera. i have a r.c.a. 36" tv with a jvc picture tube only 5 years old. no picture or sound but the green power light comes on and blinks 3 times then goes off. i am trying to get some kind of idea whats going on here to see if it is worth my while to put it in the shop for repair. if the tube is bad, it is not worth my while. any info will help. i have not been able to find any blink codes on line. thank you tim

JVC model #AV-2749S I bought this television at a swap meet. It did not come with the remote control unit. Is there a way to manually adjust the color, picture size without going into the back of the television? Can you recommend a particular universal remote that I can purchase?
