Hi, I am having problems with my JVC camcorder. The model is GR D270U. It used to record and play back perfectly. Suddenly, when I record something and try to play it back, the screen has black lines across it and the voice is distorted so you cannot hear anything and see much of the playback. Please help. Abena

I have a JVC model Av27BM6 that displays the message "IC2 bus stop mode" whenever I try to turn it off. The unit stays on with this message. I have to unplug it to shut down-- and comes right back to this same message as soon as I plug it back it. Can I reset it? How? Thanks in advance. Neil Maloney

The rest of the lcd screen is just black. It will record sound but obviously there is no picture. Can you offer me any help please Kind regards Karl
