Assistance with JVC product

    I have a GR-D275US digital video camera that I just bought this last spring and haven't yet used that much (about 3 tapes so far). It has been working fine until last week. When I record everything seems to be fine, but when I try to play back what I have just recorded, I get a blue screen and no sound as if nothing recorded at all. The manual suggested it might have dirt or dust and to run a cleaning tape. I just did that and still no playback. I'm stumped. Its a pretty new camera and shouldn't really need cleaned anyway. Please advise if you have any suggestions. Thank you, Ken Carpenter

    I found your information on trouble shooting JVC Camera on the web site: www.pechorin.com. I have a JVC Digital Video Camera Model # GR-D30U. It has been a few months since I have used to camera. When I went to use it, it didn't work. It will play what is on the tape but it will not record. The camera says remove lens cap when the lens cap is not on. The screen is black and there are not images. Sometimes on the screen it will have white or colored lines on top of the black screen. I don't know how to fix it. I have tried taking out the battery, putting the lens cap on and taking it off. I don't know how to fix it. Can you help?

    Model No. JVC GR-D90U Serial No. 046838161018 My camera jvc GR-D90U miniDVD died when I was using this weekend.I beleaved that could be the battery and i got a new one and replace it. Nothing happings...She still dead..No lights when I plug Ac or any moment...No nothing...100% dead! Tape is inside...Have you a solution? Please help!

    JVC KS F-172 Car Stereo

    I have just installed a JVC KS F-172 in my first car. I programmed all of the radio channels in that I wanted, set the clock, and equalisers settings. Detached the fascia afterwards! Next time I used it, turned it on, and the channels all had disappeared, and the clock said 0:00, as well as the eq settings being back to normal! I have reset the unit and is still happening. Can you suggest a solution to this problem? Regards

    I have this reciever & the cd player xl-f21stn. I recieved the equipment but no instructions on how to set up. I have pwr but cannot get the sound out of the cd player or get any fuction on the digital surrond system or am/fm mode to engage - helppppp

    i have a question regarding a jvc product. i purchased the mx-g500 4 years ago, and for the past 2-3 years it hasn't played nearly any of my cds. i can buy a brand new cd and put it in there and it wont play it, yet there are probably two or three that it will for some odd reason play. is the lense possibly dirty? what else could be the problem? maybe it's just ready to be replaced..i'm not sure. but the stereo over all has been more of a problem for me than anything else. it worked great when it was brand new but it just went downhill after that. it hasn't been abused in any way, in fact it still looks brand new. i will never buy a jvc product again, but i would like to know if there is a simple fix rather than going out and spending another $2 or $3 hundred dollars on another system. thank you.

    I have a JVC I-Art Pro av-48pw30 tv that is about 3 years old now. There has been no maintence done to it and now the convergence is off. The blue and red is off only on the top left hand side of the screen. Is there anything I can do? I live in Columbus, OH and I would like to know if I can fix myself or who to contact that will fix it correctly. Let me know what to do...thank you!
