I HAVE A JVC CAMCORDER MODEL GR-SXM26OU AND IT WONT RECORD A PICTURE AND LENS CAP ERROR COMES UP 5 SEC AFTER TURNS ON BUT NO LENS CAP IS ON. CAN HEAR THE SOUND YOU RECORDER BUT NO PICTURE. APPRECIATE ANY HELP THA NKS MARTY

I have a jvc gr-axm341 camcorder and i haven't used it in a while. I was going to record the videos to my computer but my camcorder won't even turn on. I've charged the battery, and even plugged the charger into the camera and it sill won't turn on.

I have recently purchased a JVC GR-D370U video camera. I am happy with the camera but, I am unable to download my video from the tape to my PC via the USB port. I need step by step instructions in laymens terms to get my video to my PC. Thank you, Quint Stevens

Hy,Stacy, I have a JVC GR-D33U camcorder,the problem is that I cannot see a subject, neither through the viewfinder, nor on the lcd screen,if I put my hand in front the lense I see nothing but different coloured streeks covering the whole area. I am in a small caribbean island and there are no service shops here.I would greatly appreciate your help. George

Hi Stacey Working on JVC KY-27B with no Horiz sync. Encoder (bars) okay, video okay, chroma okay. Just horiz rolling. Any ideas? Have you ever seen this problem? Do you work on pro gear? Thanks, Mike

how do i white balance on jvc gy dv-300 video camera

Dear Stacy: I have a 27" JVC model AV-2751S television (bought approximately 1991 or 1992). Problem just devleoped - when we turn the TV on, sound works fine but there is a thin white line across the middle of the screen. There is no other picture other than this line.
