jvc model gr-d22u serial#069z0223 condensation problem

my mom just gave me her jvc grd33 and we powered it up to use it and the screen is blank.it doesn't show anything,i can view the menu it records sounds,no view though the lcd thing or the eye thing,i am pretty sure its got to go in to get serviced(its 3 years old)roughly how much would do you think it would be? thank for your time

Hi sorry I have just contacted you to state my problem with the JVC 700xdigital camcorder and forgot to add the model no: GR-D23EK the problem being it keeps saying "lens cap" (there is no lens cap on) and the screen is just black? thanks Ruth

I have JVC Disital camcorder Model; GR-D21EX (Serial; 14U0782. I dropped my camcorder and Lenz plastic cover was broken. From time to time screen indicates 'LENS CAP'but now forever showes. The picture works when the x-box is on, but when I press input to return to tv via cable, for a second there is a series of wiggly colored lines and than a blue screen. The Lock seems to be on something??? because a green lock symbol appears as I scroll thru the display menu to troubleshoot. Maybe a remote control issue?

I have a 1998 JVC TV Model c-13911 somhow the lock mode got set and locked all channeles when I was programing some new channels from cable. i have tryed everything and,all it shows is the (locked closed) and no way to open it there, was a picture that came up that asked for a 3 letter code I don't have one,but I must have set one somehow when prgraming the new channels, now that gone can you help me thanks ,Al ,
