I have a 1998 JVC TV Model c-13911 somhow the lock mode got set and locked all channeles when I was programing some new channels from cable. i have tryed everything and,all it shows is the (locked closed) and no way to open it there, was a picture that came up that asked for a 3 letter code I don't have one,but I must have set one somehow when prgraming the new channels, now that gone can you help me thanks ,Al ,
