Hello Stacy, My JVC GR-D90U Camcorder continuously zooms in and out on its own. As it does this, it makes a clicking sound as if the zoom is turning more than it is able to. I am not sure how I can fix this zoom issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, The TV is great, but I have an issue/problem with the picture. Their is a yellowish/brown stationary area on the right side of the screen. About 20in top to bottom from center and extends for about 4-10in wide. Real visable with a white sene. Please let me know what and how this can be fixed. I have a JVC HDTV Model # AV-36DF74, that quit working. The On Timer light is on. I was instructed to unplug the set for 1/2 hour then try again. No go! They said if this did not work I will need a service call. This set is 5 years old and has worked flawlessly. Do you have any suggestions! Thanks Fred

Hello Stacy Sample, I am having a serious problem with my JVC I'ART pro. The serial # is 17888087 AHA and the model is AV-48WP34. On the top of my tv I have a quarter of a moon and the same on the bottom, and the color is blue and there is red in weird places. There is also a little bit of green outlining the lettering as well as red outlining. It is also showing double vision on top of the origional picture or writing. It is very hard for me to explain because I am not a TV repair person. I went on a chat about JVC and someone said it is a bad convergence IC's. I do not know what that means but I want to fix it. I own a JVC TV, model number AV-31BMS (the "S" could be a 5), 31" I have had it for several years and it has been a great tv. I turned it on the other day and the picture was fine and then all of a sudden the screen shrunk down to just 1/8 of an inch. So there is a fine line of tv and the rest of black. I can still hear the program and see that there is a picture, but it's behind all the black. Not sure if it's a fuse or what. Does this sound like anything you know of? I have a two year old JVC HX C6 compact stereo that goes into "protect" mode and immediately shuts down when powering the unit up. I reinitialized the system by depressing the Rhythm AX button and checked the speaker wiring which did not resolve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Robert

I have a JVC GR-DF470EK video camera and am getting frequent 'Condensation, operation paused' messages appearing. this happens even after the camera has been sitting in ideal conditions in the house. It is very difficult to clear. It's almost as though it's a 'hit & miss affair', sometimes it clears after an hour, another time it may take several hours. So, is this a fault do you think or a common problem? Any advice would be much appreciated. The camera was purchased in January 2006. Regards Dan

Hello, We have a JVC AV50d501 and it will not turn on. When you press the button it makes the sound as though it will be turning on and the light comes on and thanturns off right away. Is this something that is easily fixed? Thanks

I have the JVC AV-36D304 TV, when you turn it on all I get is a blue screen. The past week I turned the TV on and off 10-20 time before I would get a picture. Now I can't get a picture, only a blue screen that flickers. Any idea's, is it worth fixing. The TV is 5 years only. Thanks Tracy

I have JVC TH-M303 surround sound system. I tried to play a DVD but, It did not play. When I pressed the ejeet button, only sounds are heard inside as the system tries to change the DVD but nothing happends. It DOES not play, it does not eject, it does not Do anything. Got 2 DVD inside at slot 1 and slot 5. any advice will be highly appreciated. Rosemary
