Hello Stacy Sample, I am having a serious problem with my JVC I'ART pro. The serial # is 17888087 AHA and the model is AV-48WP34. On the top of my tv I have a quarter of a moon and the same on the bottom, and the color is blue and there is red in weird places. There is also a little bit of green outlining the lettering as well as red outlining. It is also showing double vision on top of the origional picture or writing. It is very hard for me to explain because I am not a TV repair person. I went on a chat about JVC and someone said it is a bad convergence IC's. I do not know what that means but I want to fix it.
