Hi, My JVC camcorder (model number GR-DVL512U) always has the "E04 Remove and Reattach Battery/Unit in Safe Guard mode" message. I've had this professionaly fixed once, but the problem soon came back. Is there anything I can do, or is the camera just bad? Much Thanks, Ryan

WE ARE SEEING AN ERROR CODE "E04" APPEAR. WHAT IS THIS CODE'S MEANING?

Hi I have owned a GR-DVM50 U for about three years now and not used it a great deal. A recent addition to my family prompted me to capture the moments but the same E04 fault indications that so many people have been talking about occured. The camera motor seems to initialy work then sounds like the motor cranks up the speed and makes a high pitched whine before displaying the fault code. Can you advise me on a course of action to take please.
