I have a JVC model GR-SXM260 that shows the error code of E02 when power up. It won't eject the tape either. Suggestions?

I have not used my GR-DMV5 for quite some time. I get E02 and E04 codes when I try to read my tapes Can you help? Thanks

My problem is the E03 / E04 warning message. The JVC repair center can repair it, but it is too expansiv (more then 300Euro!!!) My plan is to repair it by my self, but I dont know how. Thanks D.

My jvc digital video camera will not let me do anything, but for a few min. I will try to watch my tape, or record something, or just have it on, and it will work for a while, but then it will say " unit in safeguard mode eject and reinsert tape" then turn off if I don't. Can you help me please?? I have a JVC VHS-C model # GR-AXM700u I am trying to download pictures to my imac thru a keyspan USB /serial adapter ( 9 minipin)/ I get the error : SERIAL DMA is old to use. USE DMA 2.02 or newer...is this the picture navigator? I only have V1 but they don't seem to have a newer version for mac.

I recently received the error code E06 about the unit being in safeguard mode. I have done what the camcorder asked and it still has not fixed the problem. I even tried to remove the battery and connect it through the electrical outlet. Is there anything I can do so as not to take it into get serviced. I bought the camcorder only last year. It is a Compact VHS Camcorder. I appreciate any help you can give me.
