my panasonicSA-AK240 shows error F61 when turned on than turns off why?

Hi I have a panasonic sc-ak600 and i keep getting an f61 message what can i do to fix it thanks!!!

Please help I have a 1999 pontiac grand prix and when i try to play cd's it comes up with a e23 or e20 error code. Went to the dealer they said entire radio and cd player has to be replaced I am tring to find another option. please help or direct me to someone who can. Thanks Amy
