Hi Stacy, I'm having a problem with my Sony DCR-TRV5E camcorder. It keeps giving the error code c:31:40 According to the manual I should be able to fix this problem myself. Have no clue, any suggestions? Thanks, Jan

I am trying to clean the heads on my TRV 340 and whenever I put the head cleaner in and turn it on I get the beeping sound/eject icon and the C:31:42 error. Can you tell me what that means. It does not occur when a regular tape is in, but I need to get the heads cleaned. Any ideas? Thank you Kathy

my cd player just stopped one day and it says error 1. I can not find out what that means!!! It will read the cd and you can hear it spin but it will just shut off after 5 seconds or so.. Can you help me! Thanks, Cheryl cweldy@briggsandbriggsinc.com
