I am trying to clean the heads on my TRV 340 and whenever I put the head cleaner in and turn it on I get the beeping sound/eject icon and the C:31:42 error. Can you tell me what that means. It does not occur when a regular tape is in, but I need to get the heads cleaned. Any ideas? Thank you Kathy
