UN~FREAKIN~REAL .. IT WORKED! about a week ago I had the same problem with a Sony Handycam (DCR DVD108) I set it down thinking I'd have to have it fixed, battery was week so I left it to charge. checked it again a bit late and it was fine, today the problem cam back and I found this forum and figured it's already broke, how much worse could it get, (and still tryed it anyway LOL)!! I gave it a couple of sharp, two finger raps right in front of the view finder and VIOLA! YUP just like Dad's TV ,, thats freakin GREAT!
