Excellent, I have a W55, turn on, lens goes in and out 3 times, then says turn off and on. Tried all the pushing and pulling and turning of the lens, both while moving and not moving;but nothing worked. I finally tried the dropping onto carpet solution and it worked. I cant believe it. I dropped it by holding the cord so it fell on its corner where the 7.2 is written. I droped from about 1m. Thanks again for everyone who has replied to this message originally sent 3 years ago.
