Yes..Very fustrated with Sony. I don't have my 60" Sony Wega tv now. Sony has lost a customer over the very very poor service. I had this tv for 3 years, it died. I contacted Sony Support for 2 weeks to get it fixed with little to no cost to myself. I called the TV service techs in my area for 2 weeks, purchased 3 parts total of $220.00, purchased a subscription for service tech subscription ($12.00) to fix it myself. All the time, speaking to their HIGHLY educated service tech from India. I drove 100 miles to pick up the one part, the bulb. After driving and installing the part, no success, it was a no go. I contacted the retail store I bought it from and gave me the option to trade the TV for a SHARP!! This TV, as I was told by Sony and the retail store was no longer under any extended warranty and all repair and parts were my responsiblity. BUT the store had much more CLASS, they exchanged the TV and I now have a manufactuers extended warranty and store ext warranty. This TV is much smaller, but it is not Sony, I'm happy. I will spead this word to everyone in my family and my friends, SONY has very poor customer satisfaction. Yes, oh by the way, i returned the parts that I no longer needed to SONY returns, one month ago, and I keep calling them and they say they have not received it. Since this experience, I have a tracking number copies of all shipment info plus an actual copy of the part it self. BUT still they haven't received the freaking part and I guess i'm out of that money. VERY POOR POOR.. I ready to make a federal/state/AG complaint against SONY, in every part. They are such a big corp, how can they do business like this.......COUNT me in, i'm ready for a HUGE complaint against this NASTY CORPoration. YES, I'm very angry!!
