Last night watching tv Sony 27 inch bought in 2001 turned itself off no picture, no sound just stupid blinking light, came on once, then died again totally. Model KV27s40 s/n8065s27 Tried hair dryer trick, then punched tv, sore knuckles no TV. Samsung LCD looks the way to go.
