The Qtip procedure described above did not work for me, but I tried the 11 screw procedure and it cleared the problem right up. Creds and Kudos to you guys for posting the solution; you saved me hundreds of dollars. Incidentally, the procedure is easier than it looks upon reading it. You might want to equip yourself with a pair of tweezers if you have clumsy fingers like me. It took me 10 minutes to do the whole thing and there were no unpleasant surprises...yet... Thanks again
