Provided you are the original purchaser of the device and have a receipt to prove it, then contact JVC customer services wherever you are located, as although a "special" free repair offer which had been running about 30 months expired at the end of 2007, I am aware that JVC in many cases will still carry out the repair provided you have the aforementioned receipt. More detailed info cannot be sent due to your e-mail address restrictions. |
