Home | First message in thread | Previous messageAnother, easier solution for Windows users is to right-click on the device in My Computers, and select Format. This will show you the actual size of the memory in the device, in addition to allowing you to easily format it. As previously mentioned, you will lose anything stored on the device, but if you're getting the "disk error" message and can't access anything as it is, you've got nothing to lose (that you haven't already lost).
