my mp4 was showing disk error too so do these steps and it might help your mp4 1)plug your mp4 in your pc 2)then go to start 3)then go into my computer 4)u should see removable disk E:) 5)double click on it 6)a note should come up click ok and it will fix ur mp4 youll know if it works because disk error wont show up anymore and all files will be deleted so u have to reload your music thanks 4 reading hope it works
