my mp4 is curafted what am i do? plese gave me solution pleseeeeeeee

ok i turned on my symbion mp4 player and i must have held the button too long and it said do u want to format i didnt know which button to click and i clicked the wrong one i immediately turned it off once it started formatting now all it says is loading

no what i aM TRYING TO SAY IS I HAD WENT TO GO DOWNLOAD SOME SONG ON IT AND WHEN I WENT TO UNPLUG IT, IT HAD SAID NO FILES WHEN I WENT TO GO LISTEN TO IT WHAT DO I DO I NEED HELP BEFORE MY GRANDMA WAKE UP AND I GET IN TROUBLE PLEASE HELP ME

I have the same problem Mp4 keeps saying disk error to everything. In the settings section it says mp3 player LKD_9307_01 2006 12 2 9.0.48 2006 9 12 I guess somewhere in that info is the Firmware, Someone Please help with a solution Thanks

I have the same problem I think except mine says memory full but there is nothing on it..what did you find out and can you tell me what to do?

hey my brand is viola and my frimware is 9.1.52.0000 and ive only had it for a day :( it was bought overseas and well it also says my memory is full when i have no music or recordings downloaded and when i try it sayas my disk is full. please help
