Have same issue on a Sony KP-51WS500 approx 10 yrs old. Green lines are concentric and bent acorss the screen. Tried adjusting the GR fresnel lense no go. Hmmm....maybe need a new lamp. Looks like they are in the 500.00$ range. Maybe a new TV!!
