Home | Previous messageI have had the same model sony tv for about 5 years now and I have a series of green bent lines running across the screen. Also have a red edge on things. I've tried the auto lens adjust button but its doesn't seem to help. What should I do? Thanks

I am having the same issue. DId you get it resolved and what was your solution? Contact me if you could. timmark17@gmail.com go to www.somelifeblog.com. type in sony red lines in search. easy 10 min repair instructions. may resolve your issue-it did mine Have same issue on a Sony KP-51WS500 approx 10 yrs old. Green lines are concentric and bent acorss the screen. Tried adjusting the GR fresnel lense no go. Hmmm....maybe need a new lamp. Looks like they are in the 500.00$ range. Maybe a new TV!! |
