Did you manage to solve this problem? I have the same problem bit i've moved to South AFrica as a volunteer worker and Sony SA can't seem to help me. Regards Anton

unfortunately not, changed the contrast settings to stop it, not ideal but workaround for now. If you hear of a solution let me know. Regards Simon
