Re[3]: my mp4 player shows disk error any solution

unlike others, I also face 'DISK ERRROR' on my MP4 player, it's loaded with ACT_v9.0.50 firmware.
Now if I try to connect it to PC with USB cable, its not detected. Can anyone help me fix it. Any help will be appriciated

oh! hey, i've got the same problem... have you solved it already? you see, i was so pissed off trying to safely remove the USB drive, then i turned the player off and removed the cable from the PC... then yeah, when i plugged it again, the PC showed no files in my mp4 and when i looked at it directly, it's an empty disk, and the pc can't detect it anymore the second time i plugged it on the PC... help me... this was a birthday present from my dad...
