I have the exact problem with my GR-D370u. I follwed the instructions and installed the software to my Windows XP. The manual says that a window is supposed to pop up for me upload my videos/images but nothing happens. I'am using a brand new miniDV and the camera is brand new as well. Is there something I'm doing wrong? How do I get it to work? Thanks

I would greatly appreciate any help with my gr d370u. I am the original owner and have never tried to down load video w/this camera before. I am using XP and have movie maker. I am using fire wire and cannot get computer to "see" unit. Movie maker also says that I cannot access video because I do not have permission.PLEASE HELP. Thanks Ted
