Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI would greatly appreciate any help with my gr d370u. I am the original owner and have never tried to down load video w/this camera before. I am using XP and have movie maker. I am using fire wire and cannot get computer to "see" unit. Movie maker also says that I cannot access video because I do not have permission.PLEASE HELP.
