Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI have the exact problem with my GR-D370u. I follwed the instructions and installed the software to my Windows XP. The manual says that a window is supposed to pop up for me upload my videos/images but nothing happens. I'am using a brand new miniDV and the camera is brand new as well. Is there something I'm doing wrong? How do I get it to work? Thanks
