Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI managed to get a repair without a receipt. I just wrote to them giving the serial number and explaining,as we had moved house,the receipt could not be found. They then contacted me with a repair woucher and details of repair agent. All in all,from letter to repair,took a couple of weeks. Camera is working perfectly now.
